An additional purposive sample of 27 households of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) was also selected to provide a relatively representative sample. Questionnaires collected information on each household's demographics, household conditions, assets, high-level food consumption, and maternal and child health and nutrition. Child and maternal anthropometric measurements were also collected, along with a blood test for hemoglobin/anemia in a sub-sample of women and children.
