It is often used to help countries develop priorities, establish programs, and advocate for resources for school health programs, policies, and youth health. The 2014 Tanzania survey included students in Grades 6-7 and Forms 1-3 using a two-stage cluster sample design; 3,793 students used a self-administered questionnaire with an 87% response rate.
