The 2010 survey used SMART (Standardized Monitoring and Assessment in Relief and Transition) methodology to collect high quality anthropometry data. The questionnaire used to collect data was comprised of four modules: household composition, child anthropometry, women's anthropometry, and Vitamin A, deworming, and measles vaccination. Data for 14,027 children under 5 were collected from 8,801 households. Data for 13,636 women were collected from 9,228 households. The survey sample size was based off of the prevalence of wasting found in the 2008 DHS survey.
