Summary
The 1990 report from Poland's National Cancer Registry (in Polish and English) presents data on rates, counts, and MI Ratio for total cancers by year for the years 1963-1990, and data for select cancers by site for 1963, 1975, and 1990. Incidence and mortality trends for selected cancer sites from 1963-1990 are also included, as are numbers and rates for incidence and mortality in 1990 by cancer site, sex, and 5-year age group. Data was provided by various subnational cancer registries; registration is uneven among provinces, however, and overall underregistration is estimated at about 20% for 1990.
