The Tobacco Use Survey conducted in 2007 examined the prevalence of smoking in the adult population and smoking habits, opinions on smoking-related issues such as smoking bans and the role of physicians in quitting smoking, and the impact and effectiveness of anti-smoking campaigns. The survey canvassed 3,057 Italians ages 15 and older.
