Summary
The purpose of this survey was to obtain extensive information on childhood sexual abuse. Data were collected with an audio computer assisted self-interviewing (CASI) method administered in schools. The questionnaires were self-completed. There were 6,203 participants, consisting of 9th grade students, ages 14-17. The questions covered the topics of family and social relationships, school, physical and mental health, sexual behavior, violence, and sexual abuse.
