Summary
The 2017-2018 Myanmar Micronutrient and Food Consumption Survey was carried out from November 2017-May 2018. It collected information on the nutrition and micronutrient status of the population as well as dietary diversity, food security status, infant and young child feeding practices, and food consumption pattern. Individuals surveyed included 9,041 children ages 6-59 months, 9,070 children age 5-9 years, 944 girls age 10-14 years old, 903 pregnant women, 907 lactating women, 9,132 women age 15-49, and 9,132 men age 15-49 from 27,339 households.
