It is also a financial record documenting budgets and expenditures. This is the third in a series since of reports from 2005. This guide was revised in July of 2010. The report provides a comprehensive list of the availability and depth of service provision from Health Posts, Health Sub centers, Basic Health Centers, Mobile Health Teams up to Comprehensive Health Centers and District Hospitals. Information includes a summary of expected service provision by population. Within each size facility, there are inventories of commonly used medicines, durable medical equipment and disposable supplies, accessibility of blood supply, a count of personnel by vocational level and specialty, and levels of treatment provided.
