Data was collected on the health of Australians, including health conditions, risk factors, and demographic information. The AHS has three components: the National Health Survey (NHS), the National Nutrition and Physical Activity Survey (NNPAS), and the National Health Measures Survey (NHMS). The NHS and the NNPAS together are referred to as the core. Note that some components were conducted in 2011-2012 only.
