Summary 

The 2006 tables based on data from the New South Wales Central Cancer Registry provide population-based incidence and mortality cancer statistics. Data in the tables are broken down by age and sex, and the cancers are coded in ICD-10. For each cancer, 2006 data are provided on new cancer cases and percentage; age-specific incidence rates; age-standardized cancer incidence, crude, and cumulative incidence rates; cancer death numbers and percentage; age specific mortality rates; and age standardized mortality, crude, and cumulative mortality rates.
