The data were collected through in-home interviews. A total of 105,913 individuals from 34,224 households were interviewed during this survey. The main themes of the interview included housing conditions, household member demographics, disability, small business operation, and access to the internet, cellphones, and computers. The questionnaire contained a special thematic module on ctizen secuirity and victimization.
