The Data from the EHES 2005-2006 can be statistically linked to the 2005 Egypt DHS. For the 2005-3006 EHES, 7,550 parents/ guardians were successfully interviewed from 6,833 households. Parent/ guardian interviews provided data on 15,914 school age children age 4-17. Additionally, anthropometry measurements were collected for 4,531 children age 6-9, and literacy and numeracy was measured for 4,500 children age 6-9.
