The survey adopted the Standardized Monitoring and Assessment of Relief and Transitions (SMART) methodology to collect data. Anthropometric measurements were taken for children ages 6-59 months, and retrospective mortality rates were calculated for children ages 0-59 months. A total of 14,634 households were canvassed and anthropometric measurements were recorded for 13,780 children.
