Data were derived from the "Mexico Basic Health Indicators - Morbidity Indicators 1998-2008," a set of indicators containing confirmed cases and vaccination coverage statistics for select causes reported by SINAIS, the formal health information system of Mexico's Ministry of Health, and the 2012 Mexico National Survey of Health and Nutrition (ENSANUT).
