The Standardized Monitoring and Assessment of Relief and Transitions (SMART) methodology was used to collect data. Data collected included anthropometric measurements, household characteristics, and presence of bilateral edema. A total of 9,457 children ages 6-23 months and 24-59 months from 8,834 households were sampled.
