The study sought to develop these indicators in order to predict trends and develop interventions. The target participants were persons aged 15-65 years. The data were collected through in-person interviews in the home. The main themes of the questionnaire were opinions on use and the amount of use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. This study collected 12,445 interviews.
