Summary of Notifiable Infectious Diseases and Conditions - United States, 2014 was published by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) series as the official statistical record of reported cases of nationally notifiable diseases in the United States for 2014. Reported data come from the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS).The NNDSS compiles surveillance data for public health authorities monitoring infectious diseases and conditions at the local- and state-level.

Tables of reported cases of disease are presented by month, region and state, age group, race, and ethnicity. The report also includes tables of reported cases of notifiable diseases from previous years. Additionally, information on disease trends over time are provided in maps and graphs. The 2014 report includes 63 notifiable infectious diseases and conditions. The CDC periodically revises its list of notifiable infectious diseases.
