Summary 

In the follow-up to the 2010-2012 phase of this program, SAVVY data were collected from all provinces. Interviewers used a modified WHO VA questionnaire, and physicians coded causes of death, using ICD-10 guidelines. A total of 4,350 deaths were recorded in a sample population of 500,000, representing 350 sampling clusters.
