South African Renal Registry

The South African Renal Registry replaces the South African National Dialysis And Transplant Registry, which last published renal data in 1994. With its first report released in 2014 and covering 2012 data, the Renal Registry collects data for all dialysis and transplant, or Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) patients in South Africa. This includes name, age, gender, hospital of treatment, some aspects of the patient's medical condition (such as causative conditions) and treatment details.
